Service Description

Birth doula support offers continuous emotional and physical presence during labor and birth. My role is to support you in feeling safe, informed and accompanied, while working respectfully alongside the medical team. I provide non-medical support such as grounding techniques, emotional reassurance, comfort measures and support for partners, adapting to the rhythm and needs of your birth. Available for hospital births in Oslo and surrounding areas, including Bærum Hospital.
