Each session is adapted to your trimester, your emotional state, and your physical needs. Whether you need relief from physical tension or simply space to breathe and feel, this is time just for you. ๐งก Massage by trimester: 1st trimester Support for grounding, calming anxiety, and gently easing into the changes ahead. Soft, subtle touch that honors the early pregnancy process. 2nd trimester A time of expansion. We focus on opening the body, relieving tension in the lower back, hips, and shoulders, and deepening your connection to baby. 3rd trimester A soothing, grounding massage that prepares the body and mind for birth.
